We stayed at the Taj St. James’ Court and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has such a warm and elegant feel from the moment you arrive, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — a great place to come back to after a full day in London. One highlight was the breakfast. It was absolutely fantastic with plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and excellent service — truly one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The location is also ideal, within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and lots of great restaurants and shops. The only drawback was that our room wasn’t ready when we first arrived, and after a long day of travel the wait felt tough. But once we settled in, everything else about the stay more than made up for it. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with great service, an unbeatable breakfast, and a perfect location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London.

Last Friday 9th August, seven of us on a ladies 'Hen Weekend' arrived at this amazing hotel. From the really friendly doorman and porters on arrival, to all the restaurant, room service, spa staff etc, we were welcomed wherever we went. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for location, ambience, food, (the breakfast buffet was first class) and facilities. We had an amazing weekend thanks to the hard work and generosity of your staff.
