Good location on the edge of the old quarter. We checked in at 3am and staff were helpful throughout our stay. Room and the hotel throughout was very clean and modern. The breakfast was not excellent and on one morning we arrived to only cold leftovers. After 8:30am I think they must stop cooking.
Not 4-star hotel. Twice we had to change rooms due to it being unclean (hairs/stains on sheets, soap scum in washroom). Their only plus is a generous breakfast buffet. We ended up changing hotels.
This is scrammer hotel they charge me for a bottle soap it is broken. It too over expensive for pay . This is accident I'm didn't mean to do that It's that so worst in my life. In Hanoi have many good hotel but not here please don't come🙏 believe me
