22Land Hotel Saigon

Perfect stay in the heart of Saigon! I originally booked another hotel for my Vietnam trip but felt uneasy and left after one night. I found 22Land Hotel and booked just one night to test it out — I ended up staying for the entire 3-week trip. The location is perfect: centrally in District 1, a short 5-minute walk to Vincom Center and tons of shopping, yet the street itself is quiet and peaceful. From check-in to checkout, the service was outstanding. The front desk, bellman, and buffet staff were all so warm, helpful, and never pushy — just genuinely kind. The room was spotless, up to Western standards with a dry, separate shower and toilet, a comfy big bed, central A/C and water heater (no fiddling with buttons!), and absolutely no weird smells or dirt. Housekeeping was excellent — my room was always fresh and clean. Breakfast offered a great variety of both Western and Asian dishes. Most importantly, I felt safe, clean, and comfortable every day. This hotel truly made my trip.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Great Location & Friendly Staff! I had a wonderful stay at 22Land Hotel Saigon! The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center. The rooms are brand new, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, making the experience even better. Breakfast was great—very clean and professionally prepared. However, I wish they could offer more drink options, as it seemed limited to coffee, milk, water, and two kinds of juice. One downside is that the drink prices are too high for Vietnam. I understand the need for a higher price point, but they should be more reasonable to attract more customers. The only other minor issue was that the air conditioning in the hallways and elevators wasn’t turned on, which would make the stay even more comfortable if improved. Overall, this is a fantastic, clean, and well-cared-for hotel at a great price. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back next time!

First, let's say i was fully aware of what i booked : - Room without a window, no swimming pool, no gym/fitness. That being said, the hotel was at a reasonable price, clean and comfortable room and bed, well situated, close to tourist attractions (walking distance) and a nice area at night, the staff was nice and helpful, great breakfast buffet, etc. The wifi should be improved in every part of the hotel. All in all, i would probably come again (unless i wanted more at a higer price)
