Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Juliana at reception made us feel incredibly welcome — her kindness and warmth set the tone for our entire visit. Laura also deserves a special mention for the fantastic drinks she made; they were a highlight of our evenings! Though we didn’t catch everyone’s names, every member of the staff went above and beyond to communicate with us and make us feel completely at home. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality were felt in every interaction. This is a place where hospitality isn’t just a word — it’s something they live and breathe every day. We’re so grateful for the experience and would gladly return.

The entire hotel is visually stunning, from the stylish rooms to the chic rooftop bar and jacuzzi, offering spectacular views of Medellín. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and every part of the experience felt elevated and thoughtfully curated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in an unbeatable location, with incredible views and service that truly makes you feel cared for. Despite Instagram’s impressive marketing, this hotel is highly overrated. The property looks beautiful from the outside and in social media posts, but the reality falls short. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing but poorly maintained, with dirty windows and cobwebs on the ceilings. For a supposedly new hotel, it feels neglected and worn. The service is extremely lackluster—described as “lazy” by staff. While the welcome with drinks was a nice touch, the service quality dropped significantly afterward. The rooms are just okay, not justifying the exorbitant prices. The rooftop jacuzzi, a major selling point, was only functional for one day during our stay and was under maintenance the rest of the time, with no apology or communication beyond a basic notification. We visit Medellín twice a year, but we will not be returning to this hotel. It’s a classic case of style over substance—great for photos, but disappointing in person. Save your money for a better-maintained option with superior service.
