25hours Hotel Florence Piazza San Paolino

We are a family of 5 with three kids (11,13,18) and spent 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. Almost everything in this hotel is unique and has made our stay an unforgettable experience. We stayed in two beautiful heaven rooms, with very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and lots of space. Although the hotel is in the city center, it is very quiet at night. The public areas in the hotel are designed in a lovely way, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed the fitness room and sauna, which are great additional features. We cannot imagine a better place to spend a few days in the center of Florence.

Our stay at 25hours Hotel Florence came about completely by chance. We had actually booked a different hotel two months in advance, but just two days before our trip, we did a quick search—and stumbled upon this unique gem. While most people might lean toward something more quiet and romantic when staying in Florence, we were looking for something different—and this was definitely it. Located just 5–10 minutes from the city’s main attractions, the hotel offers an experience that goes far beyond just a place to sleep. What really caught our attention were the themed rooms inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy—Heaven or Hell. We went with a Hell Room, and it looked exactly like the photos online. But it wasn’t just the room—the entire floor and hallways embraced the same bold, artistic theme, which made the whole experience feel immersive and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in the area. We even had a cozy little balcony, which was a lovely bonus. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but we did notice the lobby restaurant was always lively and packed in the evenings—clearly a local favorite. If you're looking for a hotel with a fantastic location, excellent service, and a stay that's anything but ordinary, 25hours Hotel is the place for you.

Super cool hotel in the city center of Florence! What makes this place stand out is its unique theme inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy. The rooms are split into two themes: Heaven and Hell, which is exactly what caught our attention. We booked a Hell room, and it looked just as cool in real life as it did in the photos. Everything was well thought-out and beautifully executed, with lots of creative details. Bonus points for the amazing location, everything we wanted to visit was within a 15–20 minute walk. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hotel that’s central, fun, and a bit different from the usual!
