Awesome resort, especially for families! So much for everyone to do. The one downside is the water park is COLD! We were there for 9 days and hardly ever saw a child playing in the upstairs part as it was freezing. Perhaps look at heating it so it gets used would be a fantastic idea. The slide rules are a little odd too, smaller children can use the large slides but not the smaller ones upstairs?! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Restaurants were fantastic!!! The grounds were spotless. Perfectly located, close to many local attractions. We cannot wait to go back!

My family and I have been coming to this resort for going on 30 years. When I came this year, it just wasn't what it once was. There used to be families walking through here and connecting and enjoying themselves throughout the day and into the earlier half of the night. When I walked through this visit, I didn't see much of that going on. I saw a very quiet, almost abandoned looking place. I was told that there are some future changes that will be occurring fairly soon.

Disappointed by Outdated Accommodations and Nonexistent Internet Support The unit itself is spacious — comfortably accommodating 8–10 guests, which is fantastic. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The decor, furnishings, and overall ambiance are incredibly dated, reminiscent of the late 1980s, with no modern upgrades in sight. But the most frustrating aspect of our stay was the internet — or lack thereof. The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable, dropping the connection repeatedly (over a dozen times in the span of writing this review). We reached out for assistance multiple times and were repeatedly given the runaround. There was no real support, no urgency, and no resolution. If you're planning a trip that requires any level of internet reliability — whether for remote work, staying connected with family, or even streaming a show — this is not the place for you. Likewise, if you're hoping for attentive, customer-focused service, prepare to be disappointed. I would have gladly paid more for upgraded accommodations or reliable internet, but sadly, no such options were available. It's clear the property is resting on past success rather than investing in the guest experience. Regrettably, I can’t recommend this resort to others and will be looking elsewhere in the future.
