Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was impeccably clean, the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, and the other services were equally satisfying. We would like to extend our special thanks to Fatma from Guest Relations, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We’re a bit disappointed that we only had the chance to meet her on the day of our departure, but we’re certain this won’t be our last visit we’ll definitely be coming back soon.

My stay at Hotel 2Ciels in Marrakech started off promising—the hotel itself is stylish and well-located. Unfortunately, my overall experience was significantly overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the manager. From the beginning, communication was poor. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, the manager came across as distant and even arrogant. Any questions or concerns were brushed off or outright ignored. At one point, I genuinely felt unwelcome, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. What made matters worse was the way complaints were handled—without empathy, without solutions, and with an attitude that suggested the issues were somehow my fault. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides the manager with proper training in customer service and hospitality. The hotel has potential, but with management like this, I see no reason to return.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY CAREFUL!!! Dont ever go to this hotel if you dont want a traumatic experience. THE CLEANERS STOLE MY MONEY 2 times first one was 200MAD that we left and then they cleaned the room then it was gone. second my wallet was in my luggage (inside roughly 1500AED + UAE debit card.) when we came back it was already in the cabinet with my makeups but since they cleaned the place i just didnt mind. in my mind they just secured it in the cabinet because they cleaned. I realized this when we are already at our layover flight. a lot of texts from my bank that they are trying to buy from temu and shein MAD currency and GBP and my bank keeps sending me otp’s so i blocked my card. how did i know that they did it? i never went out with my wallet the only people who went in the room are the cleaners
