The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in London, steps away from the Underground!!! It is beautiful and comfortable, lots of light and has everything you may need! Excellent concierge service in every way!!! I would return any time!!!

First of all: check in is nightmare, they asked me to do their job and register myself and my family 3 days before the arrival through pre check in form. I tried to contact them regarding this but they said I still have to fill out the form. The price is extremely high for what you get. When you come in through the door you smell the dirty carpet. The washing machine smells bad and the carpet under the dining table is dirty. I asked the manager for house keeping at 12:58 pm he said that I have to schedule a time so the only time they can do is tomorrow morning. The flat is too hot, yes there is machine called conditioner you have to point it to a specific area otherwise it is too hot. You should pay 500 £ as deposit for any damage. Overall this is the worst housing experience I have ever had.
