I had a wonderful 3-night stay! The room and bed were very comfortable with a spacious shower. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in right up till I left. I also found some time to use the pool and jacuzzi.. so relaxing! Only wish thay the gym had free weights to use, but there were basic treadmills and machines. Really great location with a 7-11 right next door. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

We stayed for four nights, and the hotel was just a 2-minute walk from Bencoolen station on the Downtown Line (DT Blue Line), making it very convenient. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, and the housekeeping was very thorough.

The room was dark and so very dusty. The bathroom was not super clean. The location was okay. But the worst part is the staff: rude, unwelcoming, unhelpful. The taxi dropped us off at the hotel parking. However, there was no elevator at that level and the door to the hotel was closed. So my husband had to go downstairs to ask for help. He faced some rude staff members, including an old grandpa who was clearly unhappy to help carry the suitcases down, even though it was his job. It’s understandable that an old man shouldn’t have to lift heavy loads. What is not acceptable is the hotel management assigning an old person to this job position. The welcome desk agents were not welcoming at all and always had a smirk on their faces. The only nice staff member was the one who came to bring the baby cot. Overall unpleasant stay, wouldn’t recommend at all. There are much better options at the same price with better location / room / staff / cleanliness / design, you name it.
