All I can say is wow! The West Street Hotel in Bar Harbor was truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were incredible! They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. My room was fantastic, with a stunning ocean view that made every morning feel magical. I loved stepping out onto the balcony to watch the boats drift in and the morning mist roll across the water. The rooftop pool was a wonderful bonus! It was peaceful, relaxing, and offering yet another breathtaking view. And the location? Perfect. Right in the heart of town, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and so many fun activities.I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Bar Harbor. Huge thanks to everyone at the West Street Hotel for making our visit unforgettable! :)

Our stay at West Street Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The location was perfect, and every aspect of the service — from the valet and front desk to the housekeeping staff — exceeded our expectations. Our harbor view room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it truly memorable and a top-tier experience. Her responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs made the booking process seamless and stress-free. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. Our stay was perfect! The service was top notch. Every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly. The location was walkable to everything in town including a short walk to the free bus system that runs to many locations including Acadia.. We hope to return someday. Thank you!!
