We recently stayed here. Very nice place. Clean, and safe area. Publix right next door. Beach access down the street. Would definitely stay again!!
Great place!!! We stayed in room 209 and it was fantastic, The view was outstanding from our room. We never used the inside just the balcony. Went a whole week and never turned on a TV once. We ate at Publix for all three meals. Cooked every night on the grill. Pool is great. Everything you need is there in the room. The beach is across the street. This condo was really a great place to stay. They have a package for 89 dollars to include bikes, kayaks beach toys and chairs which is well worth it if you have a family with you. Cons: Internet never worked at all and there was a frat party in the room 109 below. Pros: Are endless, food nearby, beach across street, save money on parking, great pool, great view saw dolphins from our room. I will stay here again for sure.
Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. When we arrived we could not figure out how to get into the building. The instructions said to enter on the north side of the building but that side was completely blocked off d/t the building being under construction. There was not a soul around working so we wandered around the parking area until we eventually found a door with a keypad. When we finally got in to the lobby again not a soul around and the elevator was broken. I had to text someone to find out how to get upstairs because there were no stairs in the lobby and no signs or instructions on the broken elevator (this should have been included in our check in instructions). A worker came to show us where the stairwell was and we had to lug all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We finally got into our unit and i was appalled. The furniture was all stained, the bar stools were all stained, the knife holder was dirty and gross looking, the dishwasher was never emptied, the shower head was corroded, the sliding glass door looked like a crime scene it was so filthy. The building and units are very old and need desperate updating. The only positive thing I can say is that is has a nice view of the ocean and short walking distance to the beach, Publix and restaurants. When
