We had a truly lovely stay at 360Me Palace! Everything went smoothly from the start. The check-in process was quick and easy, and Marco was an exceptional host. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us so many amazing tips on what to do and where to eat nearby. His recommendations really elevated our entire trip. I had the pleasure of staying at this well-designed property for one night, and it was a memorable experience. The space had a beautiful blend of classical style and unique character, with thoughtful details that made it feel welcoming. What really made the stay special was the host, Marco. His friendly demeanor and easy conversation added a personal touch, and he ensured everything was just right without being overbearing. Though my stay was brief, both the property and Marco’s hospitality made a lasting impression. I would love to visit again!

First of all, this place is a B&B located on the first floor of an apartment , not a boutique hotel at all. I was happy with the lady she waited for me and helped me get into there on a Sunday afternoon. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained, location is very good, super convenient for you to take the bus to Palermo. Below are my experiences and wish google will not hide my review technically. 1, the water temperature is controlled just about not cold, you can’t have a hot shower in the night, meanwhile, the air conditioner can’t be turned on, yes, you can turn the green light on, but no heat weaves come out. I stayed 11 nights for this trip, this is the only place without the heater in the night. 2, there is not a buffet breakfast like they advertised. Not only about the food they offered, but also there’s no service at all. Me and my husband went to the kitchen, we have to search for the coffee, milk … there’s no any hot items, no eggs, no cheese, not a spice of meat, no croissants, couple rotten strawberries left in the fridge. I understand about lower season, I experienced twice when I travelled to France. When there were only 2 rooms guests in a chateau hotel, they just changed the buffet breakfast to a set menu without simply cutting out the quality and quantity. Over all, there is no perfect in the world, when you saw a place with 10/10 reviews, be smart.
