Beautiful comfortable beads, and the room was amazing! Awesome spa bath, shower, toilet area. The kitchen had everything needed for that coffee/ tea you require. Extremely quiet clean/room . Large TV for viewing your special programes. Look forward to my return soon.

I will not stay there again. Arranged with management 2 weeks in advance for room 14, which was confirmed by email. Arrived to find 14 "not available because it's "dangerous" inside" . Had to take room 1 instead or leave. We see other people moving into room 14, 20 minutes later. Different people occupied it, the next day. Room 1 was very noisey and the toilet rocks alarmingly from side to side. The bathroom needs renovating badly. No one has dusted the fridge top in years. The couch has tape over hole. So much for claimed 5 stars! I will look elsewhere for our large family re union accommodation, in two weeks time. Otherwise, unit was very clean and the bed was a very high standard with lovely Manchester. Very generous with towels, coffee pods, toilet rolls. Management tells lies, beware.
