I’ve been in 5-6 hotels in Istanbul, none of them were as good as 38 hotel. It has friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, good facilities, etc. the location was also really good for us. There is a bus stop next to hotel (we never used), and metro station with 10 minutes of walking. Overall I highly recommend this hotel
The lighting is not good / The lights are low / The service is good / The location is very good
Service and greeting was limited to NIL, my 7 year old son was saying GUNAYDIN to the employees and no response. The room was suitable for our needs , toilet paper was one roll for 5 people… otherwise the location was great to all requirements .. breakfast had variety , to the Omelette chef who served up with a smile or goodmorning ..
