My review is purely based on environment. I haven't spent a night in the apartments Haven't eaten their food. But one thing I am sure of is that it's environment is cool. It Has a strong sea wind but I guess you understand why, it's beside the waters. They is security and sure look like a place to stay at peace without getting bordered.

One star is doing too much. This has to be THE WORST place I've ever stayed in Lagos. Terrible service, old run-down rooms, and the manager has to be the most wicked man I've ever encountered. I booked a stay here for two nights, and on the first night, the room had no hot water in the shower (they offered to boil in a kettle- FOR ME TO SHOWER!), the toilet seat cover was missing, the walls were moldy and peeling in the corners. The water is smelly, the furnitures are a blast from the past. This was room 003, to be exact. Unfortunately, I couldn't take photos of the room, and when I tried to ask for a refund the next day, the rude manager said he would not give me a refund, when they usually offer refunds upon checkout. Very terrible. If you want good value for your money, I advise you to run from here. Even if you've stayed here before, run. Their services are no longer luxurious in any way; more vindictive and ghetto. 0/100, do NOT recommend.

Horrible experience, there’s nothing luxury about it, horrible service, horrible rooms. Terrible in general, they are delusional because the word luxury here is only figurative. Their manager is rude. Worst place I’ve ever stayed In my life and in the whole world.
