Great place and service. Only issue was internet even though a good staff sorted us out
The service was fine but the room, which was a suite, had issues with water not being available and the Aircon in the bedroom which kept failing in the middle of the night.
Rooms are under renovation but they did tell me so when I booked, even paid extra to upgrade to the best suite which only has broken stuff (mirrors, curtains, showers, leaking toilet) and still awaiting my refund as I checked out after 1 night at this horrible place. Rather go to chida, 100% service and rooms
