I stayed here for 5 nights with my 2 teenagers and it was an amazing place to spend a relaxing day. The pool was right outside my balcony, we could jump off anytime. Amazing place for a great time.

My husband and I came to Okinawa for his job. We stayed around 4 weeks until we could find our own place. The employees were very nice. There was only one worker that I felt I was a bother. The hotel is old but nice. They keep it very clean. My main complaint is how "thin" the walls are. When new neighbors would check in, it was awful!!! They didn't even have to be very loud (they were mostly loud!!) and we could still hear everything!! We would turned on the AC and the TV to try and mask the noise, but that didn't always help. Quiet time is supposed to start at 10:00, none of them followed that rule.

My son enjoyed the pool, but that was the only great thing about the hotel. It was a bit run down. I stayed in a room on the 1st floor next to the pool, which smelled dusty and moldy. The outdoor area was clean enough, just older than what you see in the hotel website photos. Also, it was not soundproof; the upstairs guests were running/stomping/jumping back and forth for hours. It was so loud at a point that it woke our 2-year-old. By 11pm we called the front desk, but it continued till midnight, so if you stay, choose a 2nd-floor room.
