Room was standart of what you'd expect. Had a bit of trouble checkin-in, but help number lady was nice and swift, resolved without issue. Location is a bit far from center, especially if on foot.
Cozy beds, simple but nice furniture, good price. The check-in terminal wasn't working, so we had to go to Theatre hotel for door card. As seen from the comments, this happens all the time. They could just remove the terminal, so that people wouldn't spend time dealing with it and go straight to the Theatre hotel for check-in. The light on the air conditioning is very very bright and disturbs sleep. However, I had to have it on, as the windows don't open.
If you are looking for a cheap hotel in Olomouc, this is your best option. Close to train and bus station. Tram stop in front of it. Check in with kiosk is a pain, but there is always someone on the phone who can help you.
