4 Spa Hotel

Very lazy staff at the reception. We've got no info whatsoever about the hotel and the spa. Turns out the swimming pool is closed on the weekend so we booked to go swimming Monday in the morning 7am (the only timeframe still available according to the man at the front desk), but when we got there the lights were still out and we couldn't find any staff there. So we went back to the main reception and, long story short, the pool was still in maintenance and we had to wait a couple of hours, which wasn't an option for us. Rooms are kinda nice but the breakfast could be a lot better.

Hi guys, Just want to give you hands up for the experience that we received in this hotel. First,and very important it’s far from being 4 stars hotel - maximum 2 stars. Let me tell you why: The hotel itself reminds of the hospital( including the rooms themselves), in order to use the gym or the pool inside you have to pay a fee(I’ve never seen this in any hotel in the world) During the breakfast we were welcomed by the construction noise. Our parents had a room where it smelled of canalization. Definitely never again!

The hotel and the location was very nice, close to every our point of interest. We’ve been so happy and pleased of staying there, the staff were really careful with us and were every time in contact to ask if everything was going good. Unfortunately there was a very bad experience with the shuttle service offered by the structure, the driver was late and then ask us 40 euro for a very short road section, then to top it all off he didn’t bring with him the machine car and we had to pay all in cash. It’s unacceptable!!! Jasmine
