Amazing bed and breakfast. As clean as it can get. The reception woman speaks very basic english, however our check in was very smooth. Great location, a few minutes away from bus and metro station. Within walking distance from the vatican and surrounded with restaurants and bars. Very lively area, so it could get a little noisy at night. There is a supermarket very close to the building. Overall, no complaints. Our stay (4 days) was smooth and comfortable. Recommended.
This place stole my money. I tried to follow their rules of checking in. The problem was my flight was delayed 6 hours. I had no internet to warn them. When I landed I messaged them asap. They told me again to message them before I arrive.i told them I have no internet and to please meet me at their hotel. I headed straight there. They was no one to check me in. After an hour I found another hotel down the street. I asked for a refund through the app I purchased the room through. They refused and I was out the cash. Don’t go here unless you read the fine print.
Truth is I’ve not stayed at this hotel. I have had my money stolen by this hotel. I was booked to stay here and followed the instructions. my planned was delayed six hours. Since I didn’t have internet on the plane I hadn’t warned the hotel. In the chaos of my delayed leaving I had forgot to message the hotel earlier. When I landed I immediately messaged them and told them I was on my way. They acknowledged and told me to message 30 minutes before I arrive. I said had no internet so I’m on my way there. Went straight there and no one was there to check me in. I couldn’t get in the building and was out in the cold for an hour (it was December). I found another hotel and asked for a refund. They said no. The app I used to the book them took this hotels side. So this place stole $182. I have no way to get my money back for something that wasn’t my fault. This place will never give you a refund and don’t care about you. I’d avoid it. Neighborhood they’re in is nice. The hotel I did stay at was there.
