45 by Director

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 45 by Director for 11 nights from April 10 to April 21, 2025, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Front Desk & Check-In Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. Their professionalism and attentiveness set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. Housekeeping & Maids The housekeeping team at 45 by Director deserves special commendation. The rooms were immaculately clean, and they consistently maintained a high standard throughout my entire stay. Fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and attention to detail truly made me feel pampered. Room Comfort & Amenities The room was spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. From plush bedding to modern furnishings, every aspect was carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort. Dining & Bar The dining options at 45 by Director were excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices to start the day, and the bar served expertly crafted cocktails in a relaxing ambiance. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall dining experience. Overall Atmosphere & Service What truly sets 45 by Director apart is its exceptional service and inviting atmosphere. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel valued as a guest. Would I Recommend 45 by Director? Absolutely! Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, 45 by Director exceeds expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Santiago.

As a solo business traveller, I had my apprehensions before reaching there. But to my surprise this turned out to be a great experience. I had requested the hotel for an airport pickup, as soon as I reached Santiago, the travels contacted me. Hotel is situated at a premium location, walkable to Sky costanera.Staff is quite informative and friendly. The rooms are very well maintained. Couple of feedbacks if I have to - Coffee in the room is chargeable and no kettle 😑.complementary water only 1 litre for a 5 day stay .Body moisturizer is not provided, so do not forget to carry. Breakfast- you can quickly grab a bite and leave for the day. Overall I really liked the place 😌.

Very disappointing experience. Booked through Hotels.com and arrived. Was given an iPad to operate the room, all in spanish, this included a large blind aprox 4m x 5m, that faces the fire stairs of another building. The blind suddenly opened and given its a two storey loft style room you can imagine the light that will come through. The hotel staff were unhelpful only to say they don't have another penthouse room (but other rooms were available on their website) and cannot look at fixing it until tomorrow, if its fixable. The following morning the staff were not aware of the issue so we updated them. When we returned in the evening nothing had been done including the maid service. Finally a lovely lady at reception understood our concerns and an alternative room was provided. Four days later there is scaffolding in the old room to fix the blind. The hotel had declined any monetary compensation for the first night and Hotels.com has offered $100 credit which is very kind of them. This hotel is lovely, the staff looking after breakfast are a delight. It's just a shame that all of the reception staff (all speak English) that we encountered, apart one person who took the time to listen, are not friendly or helpful. Sorry but for the money we paid I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay, it's just not worth the hassles.
