This is a fantastic space for visiting London, and I would say particularly for families, and/or for longer stays. We (wife/son/myself) traveled to London for 12 days, and having this base of operations was amazing! Having a kitchen as well as room service simplified a lot, especially with keeping my teenage son fed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice to stretch out in a living room instead of sitting in a cramped hotel room after a day trip! The location is excellent, if you're looking for an upscale, quiet experience. But you're close to anything really. Great for stretching your legs at Hyde Park! Or walking around nice neighbourhoods with good shopping and excellent restaurants. And finally, the staff. Always warm and friendly, smiling, professional, and helpful. I expect I'll return to this place. I can't think of anything I would want differently!
Fabulous place! From the transportation from the airport to the check in experience, courteous and allowing a very early check in. Honestly just this part has been so invaluable to my family arriving red eyed from the US that the place would deserve 5 stars. However the concierge is very courteous and helpful as well, the suites are amazing, huge living room, dining area, also small kitchen. We tried the room service for breakfast and that was excellent as well. We also stocked up our fridge by ordering groceries on Uber Eats. Walking to Buckingham Palace, buses and tubes is very reasonable. Pretty good shopping nearby.
Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. The location, the apartments and THE STAFF…!!! Unbelievable experience here. From the meet and greet at the airport, to the way every single team member seemed to know our names. This place is absolutely TOP SHELF and the only place I ever want to stay in London. The service we got here rivals any service we have had at any five star hotels around the world, from the four seasons to the Peninsula end the Aman and everything in between. This place was really special.
