Diamond in the rough. This place is reasonable, the staff is accommodating and the rooms are decent. I wasn’t expecting much for the price we paid, but we lucked out. The rooms aren’t fancy but if you’re looking for a nice place to stay close to Disney, you found it. There’s a small breakfast in the morning and a pretty cool waffle maker. The staff were nice, didn’t speak English but that’s okay because they were friendly. Check in and out was easy. I loved that the elevators are inside and not outside. Will definitely be back.
This place was cheap and the location is quite good. We booked this place for a long time due to running the Disney Marathon weekend races. The location was perfect - it was only a 15 minute drive to EPCOT (at 2-4 in the morning), where all the races started. The room was fine. Functional for this length of stay. We had a microwave and mini-fridge to save on eating out. Breakfast every morning is pretty decent. They have those "egg" patty things, sausage, and a few types of cereal and oatmeal. They also have two waffle makers, which are nice if you can get in on them. The staff here seem pretty rude and impatient. The front desk didn't seem to want to talk to us, and when I arrived just as breakfast was closing to grab a cup of coffee (I had my own cup), I was rudely dismissed with a, "we are CLOSED" as they were throwing the coffee away. There's also no recycling on premise. If you go next door to the vacation village, however, you'll find some recycling bins.
Rooms service didn’t arrive even when requested way ahead of time to do so for the day. Laundry machines are completely out of service. The rooms are heavily humid. I can almost guarantee covered up mold. Definitely not good for my asthmatic community. Customer service lacks customer service skills. Every time we communicated, it was very awkward. Carpet probably has ecola and body fluids. Overall… this place is only good for a two or three day stay on a budget.
