I stayed in the Vault room for a few days to rest and relax. It far exceeded my expectations. The room was impeccable, the smallest of details was thought of. Quiet relaxing nights on the patio or in the hot tub was a wonderful end to a relaxing day. If your looking for a quiet escape I couldn’t recommend a better location
We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and had an amazing time! We stayed in the vault, the room was so unique and the hot tub was wonderful! The location is great, you can walk everywhere. Nice touches were the snacks, tea and coffee, also they put rose petals on out bed. I would say the only minor negative is that the bed is advertised as a queen, it must be a European queen as it is much smaller than our queen sized bed at home. Would we stay here again, most definitely!
Wow..what a great room! It was large, beautifully decorated and had lovely beds. The location was perfect. It was right downtown and in a lovely restored historical building. Tea, coffee and real milk was in the room as were complimentary snacks I would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Brockville
