I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade of the rooms!! Very nice and cozy!! Couple of negatives, at check in I paid for my room and the 100 deposit. Then two hours later I was charged another 100 on my card. I had to get house keeping to come and change the sheets on my bed to something being on the bed, not sure what is was to be honest!! At check in they were doing construction on the elevator to the floors, as a result we had to use the stairs. That was not a problem at all cause the said sorry for the inconvenience. Other than this issue my stay was quite nice and very very quiet!! I love the location to everything, and the price was very very reasonable!! I will definitely be back for sure!! P.S. I really wish they had some at the front desk to greet u as u enter the facility, check in was automated with front desk clerk on the screen!!

The kiosk check in is ridiculous & the "attendant" is often rude with customers as they try to check in. The location is kinda sketchy with rundown homes nearby & dimly light street (parking lot was well lit). The rooms were nice, kind of lime a retro style, but doable for sure. Wyndham should disassociate themselves from this place until the check-in staff changes attitudes or removes the kiosk altogether. Would not recommend.

One star to write a review. Where to start… They have kiosk as a live attendant. Was charge for three nights when my boyfriend paid for my stay in advance. The “kiosk” wouldn’t reverse the charge, said it was declined and it didn’t go through on his end. Not to mention you get only two towels at a time and have to keep asking for more. Several times we ask for bed linen to be changed and room Serviced for a 2 night stay and got nothing! Oh maybe because the cleaners bring their kids to work while performing house keeping and don’t have time! Pool had black mold growing all around it. Yes the hotel was modern looking and smelt good when u came through the door but I prefer to have an honest “live” attendant for service. Maybe it’s because they know they scam people out of money so why not have a kiosk instead of facing mad customers . Who knows they are stealing my identity from scanning my ID and Credit card. RUNNNN and don’t stay here!
