4BR AF Academyw hot Tub & Firepit

The very best thing about this hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant server, Josh, went out of his way to ensure our meal was wonderful. They keep the pool at low level lighting… very cool at night! Plus there were plenty of towels and the water temperature was lovely. The rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, a very good hotel. We were 3 generations in separate rooms and every one of us (from 9 to 72) had only good things to say!

We had a nice stay. The hotel is nice, clean and in a great location. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. The juice you served was terrible though. Watered down maybe? Our room was comfortable only issue we had is we plugged into the lamp and the circuit blew to the said lamp and the television. The grandkids loved the pool and we used it every night we were there. It was also nice having a bar and grill right in the lobby. We didn't utilize the gym but we seen plenty of people working out. The lounge with a fireplace was very nice.

The location and staff were amazing. The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was good. Nice comfy bed, great pillows, and a nice recliner. But the bathroom I booked online was a lot nicer and redone in the photos. The room we got clearly hadn't been updated yet. I am a sun in the morning type of person. So I opened the curtain to see the view. It was shocking to see people walking around. It was overlooking the fireplace room. I was very disappointed with that. But overall the experience was pleasant and I would definitely book again. Especially with kiddos.
