Breakfast was good with a good choice. The dining room never to busy and always clean, The staff were great, secure parking and a great location. Great value for money and will return.

The food is repetitive and you don't really have much to choose from. Breakfast is always the same, and dinner sometimes changes. The problem is that at dinner you don't get anything to drink, you have to buy everything. The rest was superb! A pleasant behavior with the pet. The ladies at the reception were friendly, the kitchen staff very very friendly, the cleaning lady on the 2nd floor, very nice. Thank you! Freddy.

Extremely disappointing experience – rude receptionist ruined our stay After a long 10-hour drive, we arrived at the hotel hoping for a smooth check-in. Instead, we were greeted with unnecessary stress and rudeness. I rang the intercom to ask about parking in the hotel garage, and the receptionist told me to "just park anywhere and come inside" without offering any help. The streets around were completely full, so I gave her my name and asked if I could quickly access the garage first. Her response? A blunt and rude "park somewhere" – then she hung up on me. When I got to reception, the same receptionist (Yolanda) gave me an attitude so bad I had to ask why she was even working in hospitality if she couldn’t speak to guests respectfully. Instead of apologizing, she sarcastically asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation. Well, yes – I did cancel it. And I took my business to a different hotel where guests are actually treated with basic courtesy and respect. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values decent service.
