The reason for this review is to acknowledge the IMPECCABLE service delivered by Cheikh. He is a lovely guy and absolutely went above and beyond to help us out. The hotel in is a stunning location and the views from the balcony were magnificent. Excellent food as well and a relaxed vibe.
This is a truly a 3/5 resort. Front desk, bar and restaurant employees deserve 6/5. I don’t speak Spanish. Everyone understood me and some speak English. Impeccable. Cleaning is non-existent. No bueno. Rooms are dirty. Location is excellent. Right by the beach. Buffets- just ok. You won’t go hungry and very cheap buffets. If you are looking for amazing service, hotel with the pool, amazing service (yes I wrote it twice) and just an ok everything ok- I highly recommend. This is an average resort very very close to the beach.
Very friendly and welcoming staff! Clean and warm sea with a nice beach! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the hotel staff!
