5 bedroom villa Paradise Palms Resort

We Visited Paradise Palm Stayed On Sugar Palm Road. We arrived early & was greeted by a security officer which read K.Daniels she was very polite and made our stay felt welcomed she gave very good detailed instructions about the community clubhouse & parking. I definitely will recommend this place again as long as she’s there. She made this place feel like home. She has great energy

Bar and Grill: Me and my family are here from out of state and the service that I have gotten by Lisa has been phenomenal! She is always so kind, helpful and on top of her service's. Anyone who gets the pleasure of meeting her is lucky!!! The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend this place to people.

The property initially presents a beautiful ambiance with a lovely entrance, well-appointed kitchen, stylish bathroom, spacious living room, and comfortable rooms. However, the experience is significantly marred by poor WiFi connectivity and service. Accessing information or obtaining tickets can be frustrating and often feels like an exercise in futility. Additionally, the presence of raccoons rummaging through the trash creates an unpleasant mess, although the garbage collection staff were courteous. Furthermore, the traffic congestion resulting from its proximity to the Disney parks is a major inconvenience, with travel times to the resort averaging 30-40 minutes. Overall, while the property has its merits, these issues detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
