We visited for a couple of nights in May, and loris was such an amazing hostess! She gave recommendations for the best seafood meal we’ve ever had, and even went as far as to make the reservation for us! I would highly recommend staying, but plan accordingly for the steep hills, which is common in all 5 villages! The fireflies out on the shared terrace were absolutely magical!
We had a wonderful stay in Manarola, and Loris was very communicative and helpful. Be aware that it's a bit of a steep walk through the town to get to some of the rooms. We also loved the small sunset boat tour (65 euros per person) that is an optional add-on. We also appreciated that they gave us a local's pass that allowed us to access to Via Dell'amore path from the north Manarola side instead of Riomaggiore. We loved Manarola and all of Cinque Terre, and this stay was great!
We had a great stay here and can echo others on how helpful and kind the staff was, especially Loris. She helped us plan activities, coordinate laundry (very affordable on-site), and navigate travel disruptions due to strike. Our room had a very functional AC unit (though we did not need it), and is very close to everything in Manarola you could expect to do. 10/10 would visit again in a heartbeat!
