Excellent visit to Cornerstone! After Hours check in was easy at the other associated property office. Our condo was the top floor with excellent view and right on the beach. All units seemed to have a great view. Spotless, comfortable, and appropriately equipped unit. It's on a quiet part of the beach, and the beach was never crowded, but we were there in the lowest of low season. Beach chairs and cooler were provided. Some beach toys were available as well. Contact with Jodi at the rental office was easy and all questions were promptly answered. Only one restaurant within easy walking distance so we rented a scooter from Fun N Sun....super easy...and went into town most nights. Lover's Key State Park is minutes by scooter south, with a pristine beach and crystal clear water, but most days we hung out at our beach. Mid Island water sports is right next door on the beach. They have a great Jet ski tour of the vicinity and Dolphin watching....super convenient. Publix delivers groceries, and we set that up for the morning after our late arrival, which worked out perfectly. Overall Great Property, well situated with excellent beachfront location and beach views that is well run. Highly recommended!

Amazing location steps away from the beach! Clean and friendly staff. I will continue to book here. My parents have been coming to cornerstone for years and love it also. Rates are awesome with how close you are to the water. Warm pool and nice outdoor bathrooms that you need key card to Access.

The one star is for the decent view from our screened balcony. That said, this is NOT a "beach resort" by any means. No housekeeping, yes you read that correctly, they do not offer housekeeping of any sort during your stay. Keeping that in mind, our reservation was for 3 nights. Upon arrival there were 2 single wash dishwasher detergent packs, 4 bath towels and wash cloths, 1 single use packet of laundry detergent, no ice or ice machine and hair on our bed linens. The office for this building is half a mile away and phone calls are screened and returned, not answered. We drove to the office and were told by an elderly gentleman that housekeeping in any way is our responsibility. I clarified TWICE about the following: we are expected to purchase dishwasher detergent for the remainder of our stay, laundry detergent (because they don't give any more towels or change your linens during your stay) and cleaners to sanitize the unit. What a joke! The beach is also not quiet or relaxing by any means. Busy public access point with no noise or alcohol enforcement whatsoever. Definitely not close enough to walk to the pier or Times Square. Far cry from our stay on Sanibel Island 2 weeks ago. So disappointed 😞
