First time staying at a Hampton Inn and I loved it! The room was spotless, bed super comfortable, and the upgraded bathroom was a nice surprise. The style is simple and modern, with everything you need. Breakfast was very good—basic but fresh and satisfying. Definitely coming back!

Stayed here one night as we were in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything in the room was in working order. The free breakfast was great. Doreen (I hope I got that right) at the front desk was excellent and took great care of us. She addressed any concerns with ease and made for a pleasant experience. The only thing if I had to pinpoint on our stay would be other people allowing their doors to slam shut. That isn't the hotel's fault. More so on other guests with lack of common courtesy while others are resting. Overall, if I was in the area and needed a place to stay I would stay at this location again.

I had plugged in my car to charge and poured myself a coffee while I waited on someone from the front desk to arrive. A lady arrived moments later. She asked if I was a guest and I said no. She then asked me to "leave the premises" and insisted I leave the poured coffee behind which I refused. She "assumed" (incorrectly)I was just looking for "free coffee" and not to book a night or two here. Definitely not returning to this location. How rude and accusatory! I've had better service at Best Western and Comfort Inn than here. It's definitely worth the drive to go a bit farther for better customer service/experience. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this was uncalled for! Now I see why the parking lot is so deserted!
