She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and committed to making our experience as enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality and teamwork created a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was beautiful and ideally located. My family of three loved our stay at 54 Santa Catarina! The garden apartment was an oasis for us in Lisbon. It was clean, well-equipped and open and airy while also being a romantic space. But what set our stay apart was the exceptional service and genuine friendliness of Soraia and the other lady(I forgot to ask her name.) They both went above and beyond: with our laundry, booking private transport to the airport, helping us figure out which bus to take to a local restaurant in another area of Lisbon. A wonderful place to experience Lisbon!
