The location is brilliant. High Street Kensington station, bus stops, shops to shop and Hyde Park is very close. We did all the food we needed from the M & S Food market. Also the price is affordable. Our balcony was very beautiful. The room was formless, neglected and small. The furnishings were old and the pillows, duvets, bed linen were not very clean. did not even have soap in bathroom.

Simple but comfortable small apartments at a reasonable price in a fantastic location. Slightly worn but clean. I would have rated more highly if more attention had been paid to detail. The sound proofing is poor and noise carries from neighbouring flats. Lampshades over the bare hanging bulbs from the ceiling would improve the feel at virtually no cost and a picture or two in the flats and corridors to break up the bare white walls would help.

We are simply not satisfied by the service received and, frankly, feel a bit cheated. The website advertised large and luminous rooms with big windows and a great view, and for sure some of them are as beautiful as the pictures. Unfortunately, our room (number 3) wasn't among them. First of all it was in the basement, with all the problems related to it: walls stained by the humidity, a general unpleasant smell and no natural light. Furthermore, the bathroom stank of sewers and the sanitaryware was very tiny. Definitely doesn't deserve its 4 stars
