58 Cocoa Suites Riverside Studio with Parking

Stayed here as an Air BnB...Great location right in heart of York...few mins walk from the Shambles. Room was absolutely fine...had everything you needed....definitely preferred staying in a flat as opposed to a hotel.

This will be a Lengthy Review However a Summary is this was a lovely place and would be happy to stay again. So First thing upon arrival the documents supplied via email are not entirely clear it was a long walk to our room being located at 46 Coca Suite it takes some time to walk from the elevator to our room (3 Corridors), The location is a mix of permeant and Temporary Guests and as long as you don't interfere it should be ok. Another Issue was walking from the Building to the shambles was too long we had to walk out the doors all the way round the bridge, up the stairs passing out apartment (which was located nearest to the crossing bridge) this was a long process 90% of our journey time was this massive U Walk, it would be good to have another entrance/exit if you are at the end of the building. Last Few Bug Bears before the Good Stuff, The Kettle Was Full of Limescale, Some of the Cupboards were stiff and Vinyl on the MDF units was torn, so didn't look the best, the clock had no battery and only one tea towl was not enough. In the Fridge the bottom door shelf was broken so we could not store milk how we normally would (small but still irritating) the heating in the bathroom is always on so it can get a bit to warm. The final note is not a complaint but more of something we noticed maybe its our preference but there is no TV or radio in the bedroom, this would be a good addition for the future. Now onto the Good note, The room is spacious, Kitchen very well equipped i made many complex meals in the apartment , Shower Very Spacious Heating System Easy to use if need, Smart TV for relaxing Evening in, wine fridge if you fancy a late night glass of Red, Sofa Comfy, Bed nice and comfy and well equipped with 2 pillows each (under valued) We are Departing on Friday from this place and would like to stay again with some minor improvements mentioned, Location Great (unless your our apartment)
