From the moment I booked, the owner/manager contacted me. I received a message asking about transportation needs, which was a thoughtful touch, I didn't need transportation but requested to check-in at 12 PM, which was allowed, appreciate it. The mini-bar in the room was nice, offering a selection of snacks such snickers, M&m's (not often in Cambodia to get snacks as those ones) and beverages. The standard breakfast included with the room was ok, with a great variety of choices including English, French, and Asian options. Upon checking in around 12:00 PM on a sunny day, the room was a bit warm initially. However, once the air conditioning was switched on, it cooled down and was comfortable. As a small suggestion, I would advise the team to consider turning on the AC 1 to 2 hours before guest arrival on hot days to ensure the room is cooler from their first step in the room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily return.

Very close to old market and pub street. Along with street, there is many restaurants and local foods. The one next to the hotel is very cheap. The owner and his family are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great, you had at least 10 choices. The bed is comfortable and big enough for us. Our room is facing the street and had a bath. But you have to walk up to the stair, no lift. The owner very kind to help us to carry the luggage. There is a pub round the corner, but still quiet at our side. Definitely come back if we return.

Good size room with A/C and ventilator, toiletries and clean towels everyday. Swimming pool available at anytime, very relaxing area for the hottest time of the day. Staff always available for helping us with anything we needed, booking trips and also a coach for us to travel to the capital city. Delicious breakfast with varieties of choices. Everyone was always smiling and very kind. Definitely recommend it!
