Beautiful house and accommodations for a large group.
This Transient Rental Property as well as all the other transient rental houses on this street have been allowed to provide continued lawlessness/illegal activity & harassment towards local residents for years. Blue Swell & Dave Jones should do better than that and maintain a safe/peaceful environment for both the local residents & the transient rental tenants they cater to. And to advertise “Sleeps 18 People” in a Single Family Residential Home is disgusting. Especially while property records show it was built as a 3BR/2.5BR. Would you really put 18 people in this house??? Maybe if it was a Hostel…but not a residential property.
