If I could, I'll probably give it 14 stars. As always, fantastic service. I come to Samara quite often and trust me: it is worth every penny. Great service (aaaand I mean great!), lovely rooms, super clean, extra efficient check in/out, spa is good. If you are looking for a nice, clean, friendly face in Samara, think no more. This is your best choice hands down.
A great 25m x 3 swimming pool with sauna for the guests. Modern furniture and equipment in the room. Good location. Polite staff. Breakfast is ok. Don't hesitate to ask the waiter for a porrige and fried eggs.
Highly recommend this hotel. Good location with tram stop 5 mins walk away. 25m pool was clean and well equipped . Staff speak English and very helpful, especially Concierge Sergey whose has excellent customer service skills and is an asset for the hotel. Bit more expensive, or at least during the World Cup, but worth it.
