Well, the place was fine, nature was beautiful! Rooms need renovating, but overall it was okayish. Service was deplorable, except for one super nice waiter! 🤩 The food though? Absolutely delicious! 🤤 10/10 for the food alone! #Nature #Hotel #Food #Service #Vacation

Terrible customer service. When we arrived the guy did not give us eye contact and told us we can’t eat. Only drinks. He didn’t apologize, he essentially told us to leave. I would avoid here at all costs. It looks very old and dirty but we wanted to eat something quick after the hike.

We went there on 10.8.2024. We phoned to book and was told by the manager/owner (phone number: 59437575) that there is availability. When we reached there, we learnt that there would be an event for Rotaract club of Mahebourg soon and that the preparations had begun. A lot of workers were going around and we asked if we could go upstairs for lunch. Our request was refused. After we were seated, more workers came for the event setup. During our lunch, it was as if we were in a factory with people less than one metre away from us hammering stuff (preparing for the event). We complained to the staff and they told us to inform the owner.They just didn't seem to care. Some white tourists came and were allowed to go upstairs for a drink. We could not continue our lunch amidst all these hammering noises and asked for take away to pack the rest of our food. When i went upstairs after paying, i found out that we could easily have had our lunch there. Food was tasty.
