TBH i don’t know where to begin. This is the 2nd time in as many years that we’ve stayed here. The location of the hotel is really nice. It fit my requirements perfectly. It is situated about 15 minute drive from the amazing city of Strasbourg. If you like to drive through Europe and want a nice place to break the road trip and just chill for 2 days or even 3 between your drive from Paris for example to Switzerland or Italy, look no further.Moreover, the staff here are really professional and extremely nice which made our stay even better. Finally i would like to thank Mr. Patrick and his team for making our stay amazing.

Halo, The room is clean, the spa center is great with a sauna and a swimming pool,the gym is also great, the breakfast is boring and the offer is not interesting for 18e… in case you are staying longer, it is not an option for you. The staff is very good, I would like to praise the very kind and open to help Roumaissa, who came to meet me several times and helped me. because of her, I decided to stay two weeks longer in the Hotel!

We’re traveling as a family but the 2 rooms they gave us were in 2 separate buildings, which made it very inconvenient for us. Rooms are clean but the bathrooms are small & run-down. The tiles & bath tub surface are chipped off. No complimentary bottled water & no refrigerator. No lotion & shower cap. Breakfast buffet was just average. Only 1 key card provided even if you’re staying in a triple room. If you need something, they’ll ask you to go get it from the reception, rather than bring it to your room, but if you insist, they’ll bring it anyway. So you need to ask for the service that you deserve.
