There is no hot or even warm water in the room. When I called the administrator, she said I can't help you with anything - I have a reservation. Very low-quality service. It was like being in a village.

The hotel is located in a chic location, the area is small and cozy. The rooms are in good repair. There is a small pool, but with really icy water. Unfortunately, this is where the advantages end. We stayed in room 9 with a beautiful terrace from August 12th to 15th. As we entered the room, stale, stale air hit our nose and a huge stain on the carpet at the entrance. No one supplied water, although it was advertised. Dirty toilet seat, just YELLOW DROPS! The bed linen was partially replaced, the sheets and pillowcases were white and apparently clean, the duvet covers, sorry, they just STINKED, they stank very much! And they were gray and in pellets! When we informed the reception about this, they simply handed us water. They called the maid, she came with a dissatisfied face, replaced everything and washed the toilet, said: “I don’t know, it was the girls who cleaned, not me.” NONE of the staff even apologized! In the evening, I moved the bedside table in order to get to the night light switch, and I got into a yellow sticky substance! Breakfast is also a problem. The assortment is good, in a buffet format, but if something runs out, they won’t bring it until you ask. The staff goes back and forth, but no one keeps track of what needs to be replenished. I asked for an omelette, it was brought already cold, in the same container there was an empty dish of cheesecakes, but they were not brought, I didn’t ask... On Sunday, the cappuccino maker in the coffee machine did not work, the staff sees that the guests are “dancing chunga-changa” around the coffee machine and does not react in any way, they just pass by. On Monday, workers came and cleaned the cappuccino maker; most likely, it just needed to be washed. And during the entire time we were staying with us, the maid asked if we needed to change something, if we said to put water on, then only water was put on, i.e. make the bed, wipe the floor, no, why!? We will come to Samara again, but we won’t set foot in the Terrace; a good modern hotel with views has opened half an hour away, I hope the service there will be better.
