Marion was professional, attentive and kind with helping arrange our reservation. Our arrival was warm and welcoming. The details to cleanliness, decor and comfort were outstanding. The inn keeper Alana and Lizzy greeted us with a genuine smile and offered exquisite hospitality. The grounds/landscaping was beautifully appointed/arranged. We are so appreciative of this gem in Charleston,SC. Thank you for making our stay memorable and special.

We stayed at 86 Cannon for a weekend in the garden suite. It was amazing. From the initial booking of the room to the check out. The service is outstanding and personal. The property is quiet and intimate. Perfect location close enough to King street that you can walk. Every evening there was wine and a charcuterie board and breakfast in the am, which was fresh and a good variety of stuff. The room was incredible. Huge comfy bed. They offer bikes that you can use during your stay. They will make reservations for you if you so desire. The pool is gorgeous!!!!! If you have an opportunity to stay here jump on it. They are an adult only hotel. The whole property is beautiful and very well cared for. There is a lot of privacy and the attention to detail is out of this world. Can not recommend this place enough.

This hotel was by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From champagne on arrival, being shown to our room, private parking in the back for only $29 a night and a brand new pool put in last month. The room surpassed even the photos I looked at prior to booking. The shower (I've included a photo) was what looked to be a brick chimney and the shower was built on the side of that. It stands alone in the middle of the bathroom. The essentials like shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled absolutely wonderful. I will be looking up the brand when we get home and trying to buy some. The bed linen was supreme quality and so comfortable. The breakfast was unlike anything I've ever seen. English style with bread made locally, a new quiche kept warm every day, plain yogurt in a glass jar with fresh granola on the side as well as berries and I can't forget the hard boiled eggs. It was perfect! It was close to a bagel shop which we loved and also a 7-9 minute walk to King Street. I would 110% go back to this amazing hotel. Thank you to the sweetest girl at the front desk! We miss it already!
