I always have an exceptional stay at 8A Grahamstown, thanks to their outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrive, Mo and the team are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Mo handles every request with genuine care, addressing special needs promptly and always with a smile. His professionalism and friendliness make me feel truly welcomed, transforming each visit into a memorable experience. I highly recommend 8A Grahamstown to anyone visiting Grahamstown—you won’t want to leave!
All ratings should always be in relativity. In that case, 8a definitely deserves five stars. The photos clearly speak to that. Spacious rooms, filled with luxury, intimacy, privacy and quality. The front desk staff gent was super friendly and accommodating - despite certain horribly entitled guests that I had the misfortune of witnessing. Breakfast was well made, over easy eggs pouched to perfection. Overall also affordable for what you get and only 1.5km from town. PS. One of the biggest double showers I've ever had!
Undoubtedly the best place I have stayed at in South Africa. I have been at 8A twice already and I will always choose it when I am in Makhanda. Keep up the good work! Everything is perfect!
