Simply perfect. A beautiful, modern, and unique hotel in a stunning location surrounded by red rocks. Great pool area. The suite was truly amazing, with a lovely balcony and a fantastic view. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Staff responds quickly, accurately, and seems genuinely interested in being part of a great customer service team. The hotel is solid but not great. While the fixtures and finishes seem quality, there is a bit of a noise issue in the general building. Pool is great with a deep end enough for me to stand up in (5-10) to my neck. Bar is a little pricey but I guess that everywhere these days. Parking and entry options are plentiful and convenient. I recommend this hotel.

Do not hold your events here. Corporate staff was miserable to work with and completely ruined a very special life event. Communication was poor from the start, with emails and calls often going unanswered. When we did finally get in touch, responses were vague and dismissive. The facility itself was not up to the standards promised in the contract. Key items and services we were told would be included were either missing or improperly set up, and while friendly, no one on event staff seemed capable of correcting the issues in real time. The event manager was disorganized, unprofessional and just flat-out rude. The hotel manager was equally unhelpful, showing little concern for the problems we were facing during what should have been a joyful celebration. This was supposed to be a stress-free, celebratory, elegant evening for our close friend’s rehearsal dinner and instead we spent most of it dealing with preventable issues caused by the hotel’s complete lack of care and competence. For full transparency, we were offered a partial refund, however it does very little in comparison to the damage that had already been done for this memorable life-event. We expected so much more from a Hilton establishment. Avoid this place for your events at all costs.
