Right below the windows is a neat bar! The problem is that they have Loud live music. It sounds like the band is in your room so good luck resting! Upping to 3 stars because they don’t play very late but they need to have the volume set at 50% to respect the hotel guests. Some of us traveled long and need rest!
Perfectly located, well maintained & a beautifully designed hotel. However I am knocking 3 stars off for no housekeeping at all! Terrible! They won’t even provide fresh towels when requested. We requested them twice. They won’t provide trash bags when requested so the trash ended up piled up in the room. We stayed 4 nights and not once did the clean the room or change linens & towels. They said they do housekeeping the 3rd day, they do not! So, as much as New Years festivities at the beach was fun, this hotel will not be on the list for next year.
I stayed here and got eaten alive by bed bags. The staff literally did not care when I showed them.my back full of bites. There were bed bug feces on the sheets when I checked In the morning. When I googled about bed bugs it's had all the signs. I should have checked the bed when I checked in and just left.
