This place is incredible! First the rooms are very luxurious and the mattress and pillows are super! And if not to your liking they offer choices to change them. Then is the breakfast. Wow! A buffet with everything including Colombian breakfast soup, eggs to order, and colombian and European charcuterie and cheeses. Then the people are super nice and accommodating. Shout out to Isidro Alejandro and Juan who are super nice at breakfast and to Jefferson who helped us with our bags and making the checkout process as fast as possible when we were late for our flight, overall an excellent group of people work here.

An absolutely amazing hotel, all the workers are extremely kind, the rooms are extremely luxurious and the breakfast was delicious with eggs made to order, a collection of colombian and European cheeses, about 10 different types of bread, and other delicious local dishes all in a buffet style. Highly recommended!!!!

Excellent place! We were welcome by a nice group of people. Super friendly, and prompt to help us with our luggage. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We needed an extra bed, and they were kind to accommodate that immediately. Big thanks to Robinson, Isidro, Jefferson, Alejandro and the amazing ama de llaves Gina. I will definitely come back.
