950 Condotel

The room we got was spacious, bed was comfortable, there's a safe inside the closet, there's a fridge, hot water and quiet ACU. Front desk staff was nice as well as the hotel and security staff. Breakfast was included in our stay. It's served at the top floor where it ised to be a bar. We had a filling silog breakfast. The garlic rice was really good. This is located on top of a 24/7 grocery store so you can just get snacks and water at any time. It's also close by restaurant and bars. SM Clark is within 5min walk too. It's in front of a market where we got some fresh fruits. Outside/downstairs just gets a bit busy and chaotic in the morning and late afternoon. Parking is limited. There's children and even adults begging all day in the streets which is sad.

Good sized rooms, and a good location, above a 24-hour supermarket. The staff are pleasant and try hard to be helpful. They either have no training, poor supervision or both! Breakfast is the only meal served. It would benefit from having someone with good hotel experience come in and give it a complete overall. Then train the staff on executing a revised approach to breakfast

NOT AS NICE AS INTERNET LISTINGS! I checked into a room with a broken safe, stains on the sheets, mold on the shower head, and mold around the sink. After dealing with these issues I asked to check out after 1/2 day of my 3 night stay. The front desk lied and said a partial refund is up to the booking service. The booking service said it’s up to them. I go back to the desk with the service on speaker phone. Then they came up with other excuses of why they couldn’t refund me, stating “well the manager is away and has no business phone number” while she was on the phone with manager and started to not speak English anymore. This place is a sham…
