Great service and location. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Was able to check in early. On site self serve laundry is a life saver with detergent provided as well.

What do I even start with? I got catfished by the photos posted on Booking com which later I found out were taken from Deluxe suite and pretty much all of the photos were taken from there. For 4,500 they put us in a grey depressing room facing neighbours. It was always dark there and really depressing. There were no chargers (sockets) by the bed, hairdryer was broken and thanks god, was replaced but still(!!). Staff was rather mean which is ok, I don’t care much but I would appreciate if they had told us that deposit would take 14 days to release, so I would not have to chase them for it. It is still not released after 1 week btw. Location is ok but there are plenty of other places around for way cheaper! 4,500 which is roughly $890 AUD this is ridiculous what they offer for it. Stay away, you better off at Hyatt Centric or any other place really at this price point. Place looked and felt dodgy. You have been warned, guys

Disappointed with dark lobby, and old room. Very different from the photos advertised. Breakfast is not provided in the hotel - they instead give coupons to use at local cafes - not convenient. Would avoid it.
