It is at 10 minutes distance from railway station. The room and bathroom were very neat, clean and spacious. Their restaurant has good live music, food was nice too and hood staff. Overall good experience.

It's a package deal kinda a place! You've got Rooms, a restaurant , a banquet and a cafe! The rooms are comfortable- neat - cozy. The staff/servers are friendly and warm. The restaurant food is class apart! Ask for bom naan! 🤤 Actually ask for anything- the food is great. Then you have Barista cafe which is usually open till 1-2AM - service there - debatable - coffee: classic barista, Vibe: 10/10 . Especially the outdoor sitting, keeping in mind the location - it's got greenery in a spot in Ludhiana where no one would expect it. The Hotel service - kinda home away from home.

Highly Disappointed – Misleading Room Allotment & Poor Management I had booked a Premium Executive Room with a King-Size Bed online and even confirmed the booking over the phone a day prior, including check-in time and room type. However, upon arrival, I was given a completely different room – not what I had booked. When I raised this, the manager told me to wait 30 minutes for the correct room. After waiting, I was moved again – only to find that it was the same type of room, just on a different floor, and still not what I booked. The manager insisted this was a “Premium Executive Room,” but it clearly wasn’t what was mentioned in my booking. After multiple room changes and frustrating conversations, they offered me a twin bed room (not king-size), and said if I didn’t like it, I could cancel and get a refund. Honestly, this is unacceptable – especially for a 5-day booking after a long journey. This was a clear case of miscommunication, poor customer service, and dishonesty. Instead of simply admitting the room wasn’t available and offering an alternative respectfully, the staff tried to cover it up by changing rooms and misleading me repeatedly. When you check in after travel, you’re tired and have no time or energy to look for another hotel – and they seemed to take advantage of that. Attaching proof of my booking clearly mentioning Premium Executive Room with King-Size Bed. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who expects transparency, professionalism, and respect as a customer.
