A La Carte Da Nang Beach

The room is very spacious. Right across the hotel is the beach. There is a water point right at the side entrance to wash feet. Check-in and Check-out are SOP style, nothing spectacular. I am pleasantly surprised when they bring out a slice of cake for my wife on her birthday. Staff is helpful and speaks English.

The hotel was wonderfully located on the Da Nang beach. First off I would like to thank the amazing staff for their wonderful hospitality! The room was wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed, with a lovely balcony which boasted great views of the beachfront. It had a large lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two singles, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. (Please be advised that they are wet bathrooms, and thus, the floor outside the shower does get wet.) The breakfast was fantastic! The variety was amazing, and so fresh and tasty. Fresh fruit, western and eastern options. Cooked-to-order eggs and noodles with all the trimmings one could ask for. Delicious pastries and yummy coffee to finish it all off. We also got the tea set on the rooftop bar, and it didn't disappoint! The cocktails at the bar were delicious, and had a great happy hour. Speaking of the rooftop, the sweeping views of the beach and infinity pool were jaw-dropping. The lounge chairs were more like beds, but get there early as they do fill up, and don't forget your sunscreen! =/ My mother and I also had some treatments (facial and a foot massage) at the spa and had an amazing, relaxing experience. It was perfect for an end of day wind down. Reasonably priced and very professional. The surrounding area was easy to walk to and had some amazing restaurants and little shops. A short ride to the market near the Dragon Bridge, great for a nightly stroll. Does get super packed on the weekends after the Dragon Bridge fire and water show. My brother rented a scooter for a couple of days and the hotel were able to store it safely overnight in the basement. All in all it was a fantastic experience and one should not hesitate to book a trip to Da Nang! Will most definitely be returning!

For a good hotel, the front desk represents the face of the establishment. They should be helpful and supportive, especially when you truly need something important. If the front desk cannot resolve the issue, then the manager must be the one to make the right decision. However, at this hotel, I didn’t see any of that. Instead, I experienced indifference — no concern for what the customer needs. Guests here will hear nothing but rejection, and the hotel manager is no different
